The Unsung Heroes.....

This is the worst class I have taught in my entire life!!! Is this a fish market?? If you disturb my class, I will make sure you will fail my subject. 

Most of you must be familiar with these sentences and maybe you have listened to these sentences in your childhood as well as your teenage. There were teachers who were strict throughout our childhood, but as we grew older, we realized that they were only the best ones who actually cared about us and wanted us to grow into a good man, not just excellent students.

Who is a teacher?

Is a teacher someone who helps you solve complicated math equations, memorize information from many topics and prepares you for the so-called examination that tests a students memorization ability? He or she is merely a educator. A teacher is someone who not only gives you knowledge but also inspiration to live. A teacher can be anyone; it can be your parents, or your school teacher or can even be your best friend. You may find a lot of educators in the world, but finding a real teacher who actually cares about you is really a big deal.

A teacher never underestimates his student abilities, in fact he/she helps the student in nurturing those abilities, so that one day all these students may grow up to be at least a good person. He/she strongly believes that every child has his own potential to prove.

He is someone who gives you not only knowledge but also inspiration, he/she helps the students grow themselves and makes a lot of positive impact on the student. He/she is a living example of an ideal human being who embodies the attributes that we all aspire to have. He/she can inspire us not only in his field of work but also make us believe that we can do far more better things than him/her; this kind of inspiration with perseverance will make us learn harder and excel beyond our own expectations.

If there is a person who motivates you, inspires you and makes you believe that one day you can achieve what you are capable of; you can call that person a teacher.

We all know how hard it is going through a stage where we don't know whether we will succeed in a particular field or not. We all have heard abundant stories of how people fail at a very early age and let themselves down because of mere few months or years. A teacher plays a very important role in making sure that all these students gets enough motivation, get proper guidance to get through that stage without getting their hopes shattered.

The nature of being a good teacher is different from being an educator. Being an educator gives a person the power to change things at will, but being a teacher is more than his/her subjects. He/she has the responsibility of helping his/her students change their lives in the long run. He/she is not only expected to teach their respective subjects but also inspire them.

James Truslow Adams once said,"A teacher can make all the difference between mediocrity and excellence. A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination, instill the love of learning, an appreciation for beauty, and a desire for integrity".

So, never underestimate your teachers because they are the only ones who will guide you through your whole life. They are the reason why you can survive in this competitive world.

A very Happy Teacher's Day to all the amazing teachers out there. Thank you for being there for me, all my love and respect goes to you guys, You are doing a great job, "Tum bahut mast kaam karta hai maqsood bhai". It is my honor to be your student. You always go that extra mile for all the students without hesitation. In this selfish and cruel world, you guys set an example of love and kindness. From managing 50+ students in classrooms to managing 200+ students in an online class, you never fail to surprise with your hard work. The amount of hard work you guys put in is unmatched, despite being underpaid, you never hesitate to provide all the knowledge you have, so that we may grow into a better person.

भावार्थ:- गुरु और पारस - पत्थर में अन्तर है, यह सब सन्त जानतो हैं । पारस तो लोहे को सोना बनाता है, परन्तु गुरु शिष्य को अपने समान महान बना लेता है ।
