It is 'Never' the end

How do your life goals look like? Do we end up making our goals so big that it becomes almost impossible to achieve them or did you not put in the right amount of effort that was required to achieve that specific goal and end up failing most of the time.

What is failure?

The most common definition of failure is that it is defined as an absence or lack of success. But don't you think that definition is putting more emphasis on success to deliberately tell us that we have FAILED. But if we change our perspective a little bit then failure is not the worst thing that can happen in your life moreover it can also become the best part of your life. The most appropriate definition of Failure is :

Failure is the state of living and working in a way that isn't aligned with our values.

Why are we so afraid of failures? Why do we think that if we fail, it is the end. Failing is an integral part of our life and not a single soul lives in this world that hasn't failed, maybe he/she failed at work or at relationships or at school, but that main point is that everyone has failed at some point in their life. Then why people keep criticizing someone who has failed. The society is brought up in such a way that failure always means the end BUT IT IS NOT. Stereotyping failure starts from the home itself, if a child fails in one subject, instead of motivating the child to do better the next time, the parents beat the hell out of his child.

Dealing with failures is never taught to us in our life and this is one of the biggest reasons of suicide in the world. Dying becomes a better option for someone than dealing with the whole society after failing at something. We have to normalize failure and this would help us to grow more as a person. In the deeper understanding of this, failure is never your fault, maybe you did not fit into that aspect at that point of time, but there are 10000 other aspects that you might fit in or there maybe 9999 aspects where you might not fit in but you have to find that 1 aspect where you would fit in and how would you find that one thing that suits you, by FAILING.

"Success is not the final, failure is not the fatal, it is the courage to continue that counts" - Winston Churchill

Failing is never the end, it is always the beginning of something new, something better. Failure just tells you that you have not put in the right amount of effort or you may not belong here. Instead of getting depressed about failure, wake up and start searching for other things where you belong and in the end, I am sure you would find yourself peaceful and happy and all that failure in your life would one day become a joke to you.

There was a man who tried his level best to clear his exam at university, but he repeatedly ended up failing and finally, he just gave up. Thinking that marriage would be the best way to make him responsible, his family got him married. After the marriage, the man took up a job as a primary school teacher but due to lack of experience, he was mocked at by the students and was finally removed by the school authorities  just in a few weeks time. When he returned home that day his wife wiped his tears and comforted him. She said to him,'you can teach young kids only if you taken formal training or atleast have some experience of teaching kids. So how would you know to teach them?Don't be too sad about it'. Gathering some hope the man kept trying to find some opportunities and when he did finally find one, he was again kicked out after a few weeks. Yet again his wife tried to encourage him by saying, 'I am sure there are people who are skilled and experienced for that job, as for you, you were in school trying to teach kids all this while, how would you acquire skills.Don't worry'

The man kept trying his luck with different jobs, but they never lasted for more than a month. Each time, he would return back home dejected and depressed and his loving wife would comfort him, never once was she disappointed. By the time, the man was in his thirties, he found his calling and had accquired a flair in languages. He ended up being a counsellor in a school for those kids who were challenged in hearing and speaking and a little later, he opened his own school for specially- abled kids. In a couple of years later, he opened chained stores in different cities selling apparatus for differently abled kids and went on to become a multi millionaire. One day the man asked his wife,'When i was so negative about my future how could you have so much faith in me'. The wife said, when a piece of land is not suitable for planting wheat, we should try planting beans. And after all the years of effort, if the beans are not growing well, we should try planting fruits and if vegetation does not work, we must scatter buckwheat seeds. These seeds will one day bloom into flower and on the very land itself, there will be one seed that will germinate and grow'

Ladies and Gentleman, no one in the world is useless, be persistent and determined towards your work, embrace your failures and look at the bigger picture. One day you will surely find success.
